Wonderfully sherried Benrinnes single malt from the team over at The Single Cask. Distilled in 2020 the Speysider was matured for just shy of a decade, including a finishing period in an oloroso sherry octave. These small casks allow for more surface area to volume ratio, imparting buckets of flavour.
